Sean S. Fincher
Sean is a UNC – Chapel Hill graduate with a background in insurance, construction, land development and finance. As a former insurance agency owner with 6 locations across central NC and former builder-developer, Sean provides a broad spectrum of experiences and insight. Currently, his niche insurance agency provides coverage to large construction operations and multi-family portfolios owners in the Southeast. He resides in Pinehurst NC and enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and anything outdoors.

Corey A. Mabus
Corey is currently a construction executive and U.S. Army veteran with 7 years of success leading the design, development, and construction of over 2,500 residential units across the Carolinas. A licensed GC in NC and SC and current UNC MBA candidate, known for delivering high-value projects up to $66M through strategic leadership and cost-conscious execution. Corey lives with his wife and two daughters on a farm outside of Vass, NC, and enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

C. Seth Mabus
Seth is a retired Army veteran with over 28 years of service in the Special Operations Command. As a 2nd generation builder, Seth holds an unlimited NC General Contractor license, specializing in the design-build of custom homes, equestrian facilities and commercial properties. He has completed over 90 major projects and currently serves as the President of Moore County Home Builders Association. He resides on a farm outside of Vass NC with his wife and 2 sons. He enjoys spending time outdoors and being actively involved in his local community as well as the equestrian community.
